Speaker announcement: Elina Valtonen to speak in Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit 2023!

Minister for Foreign Affairs, Elina Valtonen to deliver keynote speech on Tuesday 14 Nov at Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit.

Elina Valtonen, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland, will be taking the stage at the 6th Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit Conference to deliver a keynote speech. Ms. Valtonen's speech is scheduled for Tuesday 14 November and kick's off of the event and the subsequent discussions. Join us in Korundi at nine for the experience.

The theme for this year's event, “Towards New Horizons” will explore topics such as hybrid security and community engagement, while also addressing the changed security landscape in the European Arctic. The Finnish presidency in the Barents Euro-Arctic Council (2021-2023) is a key partner for the Conference.
