Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit goes hybrid!

This year both on-site and online participation will be facilitated.

Arranging events has had its challenges during the last year and a half and at Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit we will be seizing upon the opportunity to organize a hybrid event. This is the first time our event will be planning for both on-site and online attendance.

For those participating on-site this will mean that you might get caught on camera as the event is being live-streamed to our online participants. And our online participants will have an opportunity to follow and participate in the discussions taking place on stage. Online participation will be facilitated by a virtual event platform, so please make sure to register for the event to get access.

More information about the platform will be forthcoming as we open up registration for the event. We remain hopeful that the situation in November will allow for attendance in Rovaniemi, but we are taking precautions. If the pandemic worsens the event will go mainly virtual. We will be monitoring the local Covid-19 situation here in Rovaniemi and will be posting helpful up-dates.

Registration for the event will be opened in August.
